Accuracy

PennyIntel reads public SEC filing data and may include automated summaries, watch notes, community posts, and manual editor notes. Information can be incomplete, delayed, wrong, or misunderstood.

Community rules

Do not post spam, scams, pump-and-dump claims, illegal content, harassment, private personal data, or misleading statements. PennyIntel may remove notes or accounts that harm the community.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Use a unique password and do not share your login. PennyIntel may limit, suspend, or remove accounts for abuse or security reasons.

Payments and donations

Donations support the site and do not create a subscription, trading service, advisory relationship, or guaranteed feature access unless clearly stated otherwise.
